The Baldwin spin-on lube filter is designed to capture contaminants and wear particles from engine oil, helping protect internal engine components and support dependable lubrication. Featuring an anti-drainback valve, a 30 PSID bypass valve and an internal standpipe, this filter is specified for selected Case loaders and Case-International tractors.
With a 9.8-micron nominal filtration rating, an integral G381-A gasket and an M27 x 2.0 thread, this Baldwin filter is a replacement option for equipment requiring the matching filter specification.

Engine oil circulates through the lubrication system, carrying particles that can contribute to wear if they are not captured. A correctly specified filter helps maintain oil cleanliness and supports the protection of engine components.
The anti-drainback valve is designed to help limit oil draining back through the filter when the engine is stopped. The bypass valve allows oil to continue flowing when the specified bypass pressure is reached, while the standpipe forms part of the filter's internal design.
