The Blue Spot BS19687 115mm 120 grit aluminium oxide flap disc is designed for use with compatible 4 1/2" angle grinders when working on metal surfaces. The Type 29 conical profile makes it suitable for working across flat areas as well as contour and edge grinding, with a recommended working angle of 15° to 25°.
Using a 120 grit aluminium oxide abrasive, this flap disc is suited to finer grinding and finishing work on alloy steel and low alloy steel. It features a 22.2mm bore and depressed centre for use with compatible angle grinder equipment.
The 120 grit abrasive makes the Blue Spot BS19687 a useful option when a finer grade is preferred for metalworking applications. The individual abrasive flaps provide a conical working surface that can be used across flat sections as well as around edges and contours.
For applications where a more controlled, finer abrasive grade is required, this 115mm 120 grit flap disc provides an alternative to coarser flap discs while retaining the same Type 29 conical format.
