The Blue Spot BS19681 115mm 40 grit aluminium oxide flap disc is a coarse abrasive disc designed for use with compatible 4 1/2" angle grinders. The Type 29 conical profile is suitable for grinding flat metal surfaces as well as working along contours and edges.
With its 40 grit aluminium oxide abrasive, this Blue Spot flap disc is suited to applications where a coarser abrasive grade is required for general metal grinding and material removal. It is primarily intended for use on alloy steel and low alloy steel.
The 40 grit grade provides a coarser abrasive surface for metalworking tasks where more aggressive grinding is required. The conical shape allows the disc to be positioned effectively when working on edges, contours and other shaped areas, while also providing a suitable surface for grinding flat sections.
This makes the BS19681 a practical choice for workshops, fabrication environments and general maintenance work where a 115mm coarse flap disc is required.
