The BlueSpot BS19683 115mm 60 Grit Aluminium Oxide Flap Disc is designed for use with 4 1/2" angle grinders when grinding and finishing metal surfaces. Its Type 29 conical design provides a practical working angle for contour and edge grinding, while the 60 grit abrasive is suited to general metal grinding and material removal.
With a 22.2mm bore, this 115mm flap disc fits compatible 4 1/2" angle grinders and is primarily intended for use on alloy steel and low alloy steel.
The conical profile of this 115mm flap disc allows the abrasive surface to be presented at a useful angle when working around contours, edges and shaped areas. It can also be used for grinding flat metal surfaces where a flap disc is suitable.
The 60 grit aluminium oxide abrasive provides a balance between material removal and surface finishing, making this Blue Spot flap disc a practical choice for general workshop, fabrication, maintenance and metalworking applications.
