Finol CoolTemp Ultra OAT Red Concentrate is a very long-life engine antifreeze based on high-purity monoethylene glycol and Organic Acid Technology (OAT) corrosion inhibitors. Supplied as a concentrate, it is designed to be mixed with a suitable quantity and quality of water before being added to the cooling system.

The OAT formulation provides long-term protection against corrosion, erosion and cavitation, including under high-temperature operating conditions. It is suitable for a broad range of compatible petrol and diesel engines, including passenger vehicles, vans, trucks, agricultural tractors and construction machinery.

Unlike conventional coolant technologies, this formulation contains no silicates, phosphates, chromates, nitrites or boron compounds.

The same 50% mixture has a reported pH of 8.2.

Use the coolant concentration recommended by the vehicle, engine or equipment manufacturer. The quality of the water used for dilution is also important.

Important Compatibility Information

Coolant colour is not a reliable method of determining compatibility. Red coolant should not automatically be mixed with another red, pink or similarly coloured coolant.
