Finol Gear Oil LS 85W-140 is a high-performance limited-slip extreme pressure gear oil designed for axles and differentials fitted with limited-slip or self-locking differential systems. Also known as Dynatrans DA 85W-140, this SAE 85W-140 gear lubricant is suitable for a wide range of agricultural machinery, construction equipment, 4WD vehicles, axles and final drives.
Formulated with specialised extreme-pressure (EP) additives and limited-slip (LS) technology, it provides excellent protection for highly loaded gears while helping to reduce differential noise, vibration and clutch chatter during demanding operation.

The Dynatrans DA 85W-140 formulation is classified API GL-5 LS and meets MIL-L-2105D, with suitability for ZF TE-ML 05C and TE-ML 21C applications.
Limited-slip differentials require a lubricant with the correct friction characteristics as well as strong gear protection. This 85W-140 LS gear oil is formulated to maintain the cleanliness of limited-slip discs, minimise noise and vibration and protect gears subjected to high loads and shock loading.
