The Kingspan TM430 TruckMaster is a portable 430-litre diesel and HVO fuel storage and dispensing tank designed for businesses that need to transport fuel directly to vehicles and machinery. This version of the TM430 TruckMaster is supplied without a flowmeter. It includes a 12V fuel pump, 4-metre delivery hose, automatic shut-off nozzle and fuel level gauge, with the dispensing equipment protected beneath a secure lockable lid.

Portable 430L Fuel Storage & Dispensing

The TruckMaster has been designed to make transporting fuel to machinery simpler and more convenient than relying solely on fixed fuel storage. Its compact format allows it to be carried on suitable commercial vehicles and secured for transportation.

Four integrated lifting points allow the tank to be moved using appropriate lifting equipment, while forklift access provides another option for loading and unloading. The tank can then be securely mounted to a suitable flatbed or commercial vehicle for transportation to the worksite.

The internal baffle wall helps reduce movement of the fuel while the tank is being transported, contributing to greater load stability.

Secure Integrated Dispensing Equipment

One of the key features of the TruckMaster TM430 is the dedicated compartment beneath the lockable lid. The dispensing equipment is housed within this protected area, helping keep the pump, hose and nozzle secure when the tank is being transported or stored.

This integrated arrangement also helps reduce the risk of fuel dripping from externally mounted dispensing equipment during transportation.

The lid incorporates an integrated lock and gas struts for supported opening.

12V Fuel Pump – Up to 50 L/min

The TM430 is fitted with a 12V fuel transfer pump capable of delivering up to 50 litres per minute. The pump is supplied with 6-metre battery leads, while the 4-metre delivery hose provides useful reach when refuelling vehicles and machinery.

An automatic shut-off nozzle is included to assist with controlled dispensing.

Please note that this TM430 model does not include a flowmeter. A flowmeter is available as an optional equipment specification where required.

ADR Approved Portable Fuel Tank

The TruckMaster has been specifically designed for transporting fuel for remote refuelling applications and is ADR approved for the applicable carriage of dangerous goods by road requirements.
