The lubeworks 5:1 ratio air operated pump is a pneumatic pump designed for pumping clean gear, lube, transmission, engine or synthetic oil. The 5:1 pump is capable of pumping light oils at greater distance & also is better suited to heavier oils such as gear oil.

• 1/4″ Air inlet 
• 3/4″ Male BSP oil outlet (supplied with 1/2″ reducer)
• 5 – 8 bar pressure
• 2″ BSP locking collar 
• 940 mm solid suction shaft barrel pump 
• 270 mm solid suction shaft wall mounted version 

Suitable oils 

These barrel pumps operate at a ratio of 5:1. The higher ratio allows these pumps to pump much heavier oils such as gear oil at ease. They can also be used as long distance pumps for lighter oils such as engine, lube, transmission and synthetic oils. 

Wall Mounted Version 

The wall mounted 5:1 air operated pump has a shorter suction shaft of 270 mm and is supplied with a wall mounting bracket. 

Barrel Pump Suitability 

These barrel pumps are suited for barrels straight out of the box, with a 2″ BSP locking collar to firmly tighten the pump in place and and bottom strainer filter on the suction shaft. They can however also be used with a pump extension to suit larger IBC tanks or other oil tanks which are higher than the standard oil barrel.

These pumps are also available in various kits which come with hoses, nozzles, reels and trolleys.
