TotalEnergies Carter SH 460 is a premium PAO synthetic industrial gear oil formulated for the lubrication and protection of enclosed industrial gearboxes, gears, bearings and gear couplings operating under high loads and demanding temperature conditions. It has an ISO VG 460 viscosity grade and is designed to provide excellent protection against micropitting, scuffing, wear and extreme pressure.
Its high thermal and oxidation stability makes Carter SH 460 particularly suitable for demanding industrial applications where reliable lubrication, equipment protection and extended oil service life are important.

For heavily loaded industrial gearboxes, the correct lubricant is essential for protecting gears and bearings from premature wear. Carter SH 460 combines PAO synthetic technology with excellent extreme-pressure and anti-wear performance to provide reliable protection under severe operating conditions.

Important: Carter SH 460 is not compatible with PAG-based gear oils. Always check the equipment manufacturer's lubrication specification before changing or mixing lubricants.
